Or possibly World War I.   Anyway, I remember seeing a photo of a religious statute draped with telephone wire in what appeared to be  the central square of a small European town.  Actually, I believe I've seen it in a couple books, but now I can't find it.  Can anyone help me out by posting it?

Thanks.

It was a darker photo with destruction in the background and was of some religious figure (Mary? Jesus? it's been awhile since I've seen it.) with arms outstretched and wires coming over them. When I get home toay I'll go through some of my books and look it up.

No, but it was very kind of you to look.  Thank you.

Unless there are two very similar ones, this is the one I'm thinking of.
