I would assume that making bomb threats to the school in another state, or perhaps the fact the school is a "state" entity and making bomb (aka Terrorist) threats against said school is covered under the Patriot Act and there are mandetory federal guidelines that govern the handling of said acts? It's been a while since I read parts of the Patriot Act, but perhaps someone more knowledgable will chime in. |
