So to make a long story short:
I have two family members who are going threw a nasty divorce in Georgia. Both are drug addicts and female is a drunk too, so the drama is non-stop. Yesterday female had her Jeep stolen from residence. Police called and report made. Last night the male goes to home and ends up letting female use his pickup to go to the store. Female goes out partying and show up hours later with some dude and male slaps the crap out of her. Female calls police on male, but when police get there male explains that vehicle theft report was a lie and the females friend wrecked while intoxicated, fled the scene and female filed false report. This is the story passed to me this morning. It sounds crazy to me as always. I wanted to know just how serious the charges could be for filing a false police report? Could this be a factor in the divorce or is it illrelavent? |
