lol... so the woman and I go to a grocery store here in town, and she goes to park, she parks away from the store, about halfway between the store and a bank at the other side of the parking lot. She gets out, heads into the store for a few things, and I'm chilling in the truck, listening to the stereo. All of a sudden, I am fucking SURROUNDED by the city police. They converged on the parking lot like something from the movies, and I sit bolt upright in my seat. Apparently, just MOMENTS before we arrived in the parking lot, someone jacked the bank. Dont know yet if its armed robbery, or just a note-style, but I heard one officer come out and say "Guys, its legit!!". Im talking to this guy in a HUGE 4x4, telling him wtf is going on, and this officer jumps into his cruiser, and GUNS it across the parking lot. As he is coming by us, I say somewhat loudly "GET EM!!!". Officer DYNOMITES his brakes, bails out behind my rig, hand on pistol, and asks me "SIR, DID YOU SEE ANYTHING?!?". Poor boy was JACKED... full adrenaline dump. I told him, "no sir, I didnt see a damn thing!". He repeats, "You didnt see...", and I cut him off "DIDNT SEE ANYFUCKINGTHING". He asks the other dude in the uber4x4 (like, retarded big... surprised it was legal) the same thing, and he said "didn't see anything from up here". Officer jumps back into his cruiser, jams the throttle, and heads into the store. Where my wife is. So, now I am full on WTF?!?! Is there an armed robber in the store with my fucking wife?. I press check my sidearm, exit stage left, and go into full blown seek mode for my wife. She was just finishing up at the register, and I walked up, hit the cart mid-stride while giving her "that look" and said one word... "move". Out the door, grabbed the bags, ditched the cart, and into the truck and out the parking lot in less than 30 seconds. Dont know how much the dude got, or where he went, but that was some crazy shit. Dude did it at 5pm ON THE NOSE on Friday. Rush hour was a bitch, and the bridge into this side of town was all backed up. Definitely premeditated. Haven't found a link yet on the Robbery.
