first posted this in the safe spot got only 1 hit so i figured i would post i here. my ? is this safe ok for the price range anyone with this model can give me the pros and cons . been doing some research on safes and in this price range most manu use the same thickness in the body of the safe, anything better in this price range..
this safe can be pickrd up locally so i would save some money on shipping, this is the safe that dicks sells on sale for 699. also i live in a townhouse bedroom is on the second floor so weight is mostlikely an issue. |

I've got the 24 gun one with the manual lock, for 500 bucks I'm sure you get what you pay for,
I know it was a bitch to get in the house with 2 guys doing it empty. I like mine, feel like it secure for the average daytime smash/grab sneak thief. I'm not sure a more exspensive one would make me feel any better. |
| I just looked at these at Dicks the other night. Give the sides and top a rap with your knuckles. You'll realize why they are so cheap. A blind retard with a spoon could break in from the sides. Unless all you want is a way to keep the kids out of yopr stuff don't waste your money. |
