Stupid Lions should have taken Sanchez, not Stafferd. This fucking organization is doomed to suck forever. Draft fail... The Lions didn't need to draft a QB, Culpepper is more then capable of getting them through another year. He's down to his rookie weight and has Calvin Johnson to throw to, and what looks to be a decent running game. The Lions should have taken the best offensive tackle on the board 1st, then the best defensive player 20th, then the best defensive player 33rd(first pick in the 2nd round). |

They always have picked these damn wide receivers or other offensive pieces they didn't need. Lions oline and dline has always sucked, and they will always suck until they get that fixed. But if they really wanted to pick a QB for the first round, should have been Mark Sanchez. |
| It's going to be interesting to see what happens today. A lot of teams want Sanchez, and I wonder if someone like the Browns may take him at 5 to trade him for picks later in the day, or to even trade Brady Quinn. The next thing is Boldin's agent just said he doesn't believe he will be a Cardinal after today. |

I'm just saying, if they felt they HAD to pick a QB, I think they should have picked Mark Sanchez instead. |

Boldin needs to go play somewhere else. As much as I love him and the Cards, the Bidwells a good job pissing him off. I also think he needs to be somewhere where he can be the marquee receiver. I'll be interested to see if the Cardinals make this move and what they will get (nor not get) for it. |

wow, stafford went first. Not following NFL, lions must really need a QB. Never thought he was 1st pick material. The Lions need everything except ILB and WR, and they have 5 of the first 95 picks. They did some good things in order to get all these nice pics. They might squander it though, like they always do when they have good picks. Their first one was already a mistake. |

Haha. Lots of boos for KC picking Tyson Jackson. Why is that? Because the best player in the draft is still available, even though he may not be the best player for the Chiefs. The Chiefs likely could have drafted Curry and traded him for Jackson and additional picks. |

Anyone think the Brown are gonna take Sanchez? I think it's odd since they have Brady Quinn, but he hasn't been real impressive. I don't know, personally I think Quinn can be a very good QB. His main problem is being on a crappy team with receivers who can't catch, and a defense who can't get the offense the ball. |

Haha. they're talking about the Browns now being pissed off they couldn't get Curry.

Jets trade three current players and two draft pics to get Sanchez. Yeah, must have wanted him bad, eh? He wasn't going to be there at 18, and their roster shows that they NEED a starting QB. I don't know if Mark is that guy, but the QB after him (Freeman sure isn't). |
