I bid you all good night. 
I have to get up early and run about four miles. After that I will be going by the hospital and checking on my CATM supervisor since he had a heart attack yesterday. He is only 50 and runs 3-4 miles a day. They put in a stent(sp?) and he looks like he will be fine. I highly recommend everyone keep a close eye on your health. If not for you sake, than for the sake of you loved ones that rely on you and will miss you. They said if hadn't been in as good a condition as he was, it probably would have been fatal. I have been to enough funerals lately.
