Pretty cool game, but a bit to repetitive. Some liken it to Doom, saying it is a run and gun shooter. By my opinion Doom had amazing maps whereas Sam is mostly open.
Regardless, go forth and have fun. Check Steam or Good Old Games, might find a good deal.
