Do any of you guys use one?  IF so which one?

I hate ebay but there are a fw tools that I can only find there and keep getting outbid when I have no access to the net.

Turbo Siper.  Worked well for me.  7 seconds using a cable connection was the snipe time.  Worked wonders.
