I already registered my pistols with Kalifornia, so whether I like it or not if it passes, there will be data on my guns on their registry probably As for the rifle. I'd rather not. It's just a .22 WMR, but I bet after a while even the libtards will demonize that saying that the woodgrain on it makes it look like the rifle used to kill JFK, and since it's a magnum load it's high powered and I could go crazy like any gun collector is wont to do and start pets and the neighbor children.

I sold them all. Prove that I didn't. Records of you purchasing them + no records of subsequent transfer = probable cause. What then? Yeah, what then? What then, when, not satisfied with taxing you into poverty, they come and take your last remaining possessions? What then, when you have to watch your wife getting raped/murdered at gunpoint by Obama's brownshirts? What then, when they throw your kids up in the air and catch them on the end of their bayonets? "What then" indeed. |

You don't need to keep any proof that you sold it by law (at least in my state). Absence of evidence is not evidence. They may turn your life upside down for a while but they can't win in present courts. |

Not gonna register them.
Not gonna bury them. Not gonna stop shooting them. Not gonna surrender them. The Marines guarding the Gates of Heaven might need a break for a few minutes. I may have a chance to volunteer. Depends on whether they try to enforce that law. |

Well if they ever pass that bill (think of how many pro-gun bills––even in a Republican-controlled Congress with a Republican President––never move in committee every year...), I will see the light. I will see that guns are baby-killers and I will donate them to whomever will take them off my hands.
Receipts? Records? Sorry, my dog must've eaten them (damn dog...caught her nibbling on my proof of insurance card––no joke!). Have a nice day. |

Dealers are required to keep records for 10 years from the date of sale, and to turn over to the ATF all records if the dealer goes out of business. |

I'm wondering what people are going to do when they read a paragraph on page B-5 about Joe Schmoe from Nowhere Twp being arrested for failing to register his firearms. |

I once described how a private sale in Ohio might look: I put down the gun, you put down the money. I take the money, you take the gun. Take care. |
