My wifes nephew does that for the state here in East Texas. He actually mixes his explosives custom to fit the needs of the size of the dam. I guess that's why they don't give gunners explosives... See, I'd custom mix that shit to fit any size of Dam. Beaver dam, Hoover dan, you name it... one size fits all.
