It would be as successful at promoting peace as the Department of Education has been in educating our children and the Department of Energy has been in securing energy independence.
That was the intention behind them when Carter created them, both have failed at everything except expanding their budgets and wasting taxpayers' money. If you want to solve a problem, creating government bureaucracies is not the way to accomplish it. |
