My Eotech 511 was giving me problems with draining batteries.
So I called C/S for a R/A and sent it back. Not only was it back to me
in a week but they sent a NEW ONE in the box. I just wanted to let
everybody know

I hope I am as happy as you.
I sent my 511 in yesterday via priority mail. It wasn't under warranty and the $58.00 flat fee to repair was very reasonable.
I can hardly wait until it returns!

They are awesome. I bought an old, used 511 and the reticle had an imperfection. I sent it back and it was not only repaired (for free) but upgraded as well. Great company to deal with if anything goes wrong.
