I received a status update from Noveske today, for those of you who like me are waiting on a back order. They said they are not giving any estimates of time to complete back orders at this time. They also did not mention what if any parts they are waiting on. They did say however that they currently filling November back orders. So if you ordered in November you are up! If you ordered in December like me, it is going to be at least another 4 weeks. Just thought someone here would appreciate the info. 
I would also suggest anyone who also gets any updates to post here also. |

The SER stuff turned me off and I canceled my back order with Noveske. I got a basic upper form Rainier for my wife's gun instead. |

I received an email today from Ann at Noveske. She says they are transitioning to selling in stock items only. She says once their huge backlog is filled, they will start assembling items for sale. The key will be "buy" buttons back on the website. Due to parts shortages worldwide, they have no idea when that will be. She advises to keep checking.

I ordered 2 rifles (n4 and n6) in LATE october and received 1 of the rifles (n4) week before last. A few days after that Noveske called my class 3 for the SOT on the other rifle. It appears as though I will or I should say My dealer will have that one soon as well. I will post back when I receive the 2nd rifle so others can gauge they're wait time.
I should say that I think it depends heavily on the configuration of rifle or upper, I know several people who ordered different setups a little before me and are still waiting. I think noveske is doing its very best to get caught up and they have been EXTREMELY polite to me on the phone and in EMAILS. |

I think when something gets mentioned here, I think the slashdot effect occurs
Sometimes Rainier arms has Noveske in. I'd get on all the update lists and see if you can snag one by beating everyone to it |

I just got off the phone with sheri today. I ordered a 16.1" barrel group in mid NOV. She told me that the october orders were just completed and they just got in the blanks to start cutting barrels for the november orders. She told me it should be about 2 weeks.
When she said OCT orders were completed, I'm not sure if she was talking about barrel only orders. I would imagine they wouldn't skip around too much though. |

If anyone ordered an N 6, you are out of luck. I tried to order an extra bolt for my N 6 from Armalite this week and was told they are not for sale. They may become available in 3 to 12 months, possibly longer, this is what the email from Armalite stated. The word is, is that Armalite is keeping all thier parts to build rifles. That is why when you go to Armalite's website and try to buy all of the important parts like bolts, carriers, extractors, and uppers, it says CALL. Have you tried calling them, good luck!
Sheri told me last week that they probably would not see any uppers (N 6) from Armalite until December.

I kept in contact with John at Ranier and he e-mailed me last week that he had the uppers in if I wanted one. I called him the next day and it will be here on Monday. When I talked to him he said that he wasn't updating his website because what he had was going out quicker (to people that kept in contact with him I believe) than he could update anyhow. I know I got lucky that he ended up getting what I wanted, but don't count on waiting to see something on his website. You better contact him and tell him what you're looking for and/or be flexible if you want something immediately.

7.5 diplomat barrel group ordered in mid-November just shipped! Saw the charge on my account and got the tip off from UPS. Now if only my class 3 guy didn't drop the ball and leave my Form 1 paperwork sitting on his fucking desk for a month and a half I would be in good shape! F#@k

| The Noveske N6 12.5 Leonidas I ordered the last week in October arrived at my class 3 dealer today! This was much earlier than expected b/c just 3 weeks ago I was told June, now just waiting for the BATF to do its thing. The rifle looks awesome! My thanks to the guys and gals at noveske! |
