I dont get it.
You'll go on strike to protest wages you can't live off of, yet you'll take even less than the current wages offered from the union in the form of strike pay. |

You get paid a set wage for the day for being on the picket line.
It usually goes to guys who have been laid off by their usual employer & have called the hall for work. At least thats how it went in my union. (construction types) Whats this ?? Another union bashing thread ?? Say it aint so. |
