i got a junk of this for a couple of years now, and have no idea how to sell it or even if i can...anyone have an ideas for me? this isnt what i have but its close to the same size/look

Ebay or find a place that will cut it into the article of your choosing, maybe as a gift for someone else.
I got a lapis elephant for a friend when I was living in Kabul, it's a pretty stone.
