Nonsense. It had nothing to do with the weave; everything to do with the bullet passing through auto glass first.
It's just sensationalist reporting, like the recent one that reported a woman's bra stopped a bullet. http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/267775 It's much more interesting to say that that a hair weave or bra stopped a bullet than to say that bullets that go through auto glass lose much of their power, or that bullets fired straight up do not fall with very much velocity. |
