Ok, so here is my take on stimulus funds that I see so far.
The stimulus plam was sup to create new jobs however what I see the states doing is just using it to fund current projects. How in the hell does this create new jobs? It is just stretching the jobs of the individuals that are already working. The states should be using their budget plans to fund current projects. I mean lets take Phoenix, Arizona for example- extension of the rail system over 200 million dollars. I see the current rail road employees just sucking up this money. How about road/ bridge construction- just another lump sum of $ to support current workers. Am I missing something or do others agree with me. I think we will be going down the shitter with this one.
