I've been trying to call them all this week about my upper and every time I called I get busy number.  Anyone tried calling them?  Its ridiculous.  I've been waiting for them give me a call or email me about when they will ship it out.  I bought my upper at the gun show in Dallas but it was the wrong size caliber.  They told me to ship it to them and they will ship it out the right upper the next day.  Been almost 3 weeks no answer.  I don't really like how they deal with their customers.  Its like leaving us in the dark and not even updating us whats going on.  Poor customer service.

They are EXTREMELY busy with both individuals purchasing one part/one kit to dealers ordering a hundred. Keep trying.

Absolute PRICKS at the last gunshow I went to...especially that stupid bitch hovering over their bloated counter space.
I made my purchase with Cold War...
I'm not surprised they have piss poor customer service.
