I suggested he should consult a lawyer and get his ducks lined up before selling them, but he seemed pretty intent on doing it his way. Here's hoping the ATF doesn't get a hardon for him. I can easily see how they would rule the possession of that plus any semi-auto gun capable of being mounted on it possession of a machine gun.
