Oh. So you think you can hover over the topic and get ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW about this thread, eh? Well not so fast there pardner. Some of us put days and months and hours into these threads, and this is NOT just to have some lackadaisical slacker do a drive-by hovering. No sir. You want to read this thread, by gum you're gonne have to click on it. You know, in my day, we didn't have this 'hover-view' feature and we walked to school too. 6 miles each way. Up hill. And did we whine or complain? November Oscar. And we didn't have iPods either. Now the world's going in the toilet. And you want to know why? Do you? I'll tell you why. Commies. They are EVERYWHERE. Hell, they might even be in this thread. Things are bad. REAL bad. How bad?

Yeah but the preview bubble only gives you so many lines and then you have to click if you want to read the rest.
So you could post something like: "Naked pictures of my extremely hot blonde girlfriend are available..." ...which would appear in the preview, and when all the horn-dogs click on the thread, they can see the rest of the text... "...in your god damn dreams bubba! But what I really wanted to talk about is blah blah blah." Well just sayin.
