I take an antihistamine in a large dose daily and it makes my me very thirsty.
I drink an average of two gallons of spring water a day.
You think it harms you to drink that much water a day?

Um no. As long as your body gets rid of it in some way, no.

Anything over 1.5 gallons is just asking for trouble.

If it does i'd be dead by now, water intoxication would be drinking that amountt of water in a couple HOURS not throughout the day.

I typically drink 1.5-2 galons of water a day since I quit drinking soda/juice and such 2 weeks ago, I had to tighten by belt a notch too! And by everything I mean the ONLY other thing I have had to drink in two weeks is 1 glass of milk, I'm moving to stage 2 tomorrow and ditching french fries/chips and typical sides with fruit.

sorry but i'm proud of myself

Thats Good.
I dropped 10 pounds.
The water is flushing out every thing before it can accumulate.
Urine is almost totally clear too.

No shit!  My whole neighborhood is contaminated with it RIGHT NOW!

Seriously though, congrats on the weight loss.  Are you taking a multivitamin along with the ocean's worth of water you're flushing your system out with?

I drink about two gallons a day.  Never had any problems.

I take a Centrum Performance, Fish Oil, and Vitamin C everyday.  I am rarely sick, and if I am it is usually a 24 hours thing.

You'll be fine, except you piss constantly.

And you should be proud of yourself.  If folks gave up the soda/ processed shit and drank WATER and ate whole foods, cancer rates would be cut in half.

Cheers to you sir, don't give up!!

If you plan on drinking that much water and having sex be prepared to get a massive fucking headache. I am 21yrs old 5'11'' 210 and I am in farely good physical shape and when I would drink three 1.5 liter bottles of water during the day I would get really bad headaches when me and the fiancee would have sex. So I would suggest that you don't drink 2 gallons of water a day but then again I am not you doctor nor anybodies doctor. YMMV.
