Im new to the forum like the title states. I have been lurking around for quite a while learning things and finaly joined (didnt have a non anonymous email). I have a couple of AR's and a stripped lower and a Yugo underfolder AKM. Here is a pic of my recent build

If someone enters my domicile uninvited and especially forcibly I have the right to use deadly force to "prevent the entry or compell the intruder to leave" Louisiana RS14:20.
It does not matter if the instrument used has an obscure quote from a movie on it. I would be more concerned if it said kill em all or something of that nature. I see where you are coming from but this is southern Louisiana and I doubt the police or da would make a big deal of that. And even if they did as long as my use of deadly force falls under the legally justified criteria I would have to have a pretty terrible lawyer to get into any trouble. |
