I gave up my dark and heavy beers until may, as I am very serious about my diet and fitness goals, so I apologize for the sissy beer. I would much rather have my usual Smithwicks in there...so tonight, thats the only booze for me.

Agreed at4 is the pwnt, but a 45 would suffice to kill the zombie hordes coming after your dinner, and some 45 pron is always the best.

So you're not drinking dark beer but you're eating melted butter?

There's about 50 more calories per beer in a Smithwicks compared to a MU. If you're only having one, it's not that much of a difference.
