Lately I have been trying to eat somewhat healthy foods while at work.  As such, I try to drink at least a bottle (15.2oz) of orange juice a day.

I have noticed over the last several weeks that I get a really nasty headache within about 30 seconds after taking my first couple of sips.  It's a dull headache that is right behind my eyes and will go on for a very long time.

Anyone know what this could be from?

I don't regularly drink coffee, soda, or anything with caffeine so I don't think it has anything to do with that.

I have also noticed that the same thing happens with Red Bull, though I have had a few sips of only one can in about the last 2 months.

Any ideas?

PS - sorry - my guns, ammo, optics, and accessories are already spoken for.

Thanks for the responses.

I'm probably not drinking enough water, but I like to think that I make up for that in Beer and lately Scotch and now even wine.

As for the sugar, that was a thought that i had, but I have never had issues with it before, and other sugar containing foods - chocolate, wine, fruit, etc - doesn't seem to cause me any issues.
