I went downtown this morning. I know all of you are anti Obama.
But..... It was incredible seeing all of the flags, all of the patriotism, and everyone excited for a new president. I hope he does a good job. I hope everything goes smoothly Tuesday. I hope all of you Obama haters can get over the hatred and judge him on what he does as President. If he can get our economy on track, and solve some of the current problems in our country and World then who cares if he is Democrat, Republican, Black, White, or dare I say pro gun, anti gun. Let's hope things get better. |

Let's hope things get better. A person can learn a lot about another individual by looking at the people the individual in question considers their friends. One of the reasons I don't like obama is because of his close associations with people like jeremiah wright and bill ayers. It does not bode well for obamas overall character and judgment if these are the kind of people he likes to call his "friends". IOW, you are known by the company you keep. |
So just because there are many people that are excited about giving up their freedoms and rights we should all just jump on board?  As I recall, the Nazis had the support of the people as well. They also put on major displays of patriotism. Look how that worked out for them! MAX |
