I was stopped at a red light yesterday, and the car in front of me had a license plate frame that had a digital LED scrolling message display. Looked like you could program it to scroll any kind of message you want. Kind of a "bumper sticker gone high tech."
I'm thinking the possibilities for political messages to piss liberals off are endless here. Where can I buy one of these things? |

I thought about doing something similar with a grid of small incandescent lamps that a digital controller would light up with chosen words and phrases. The grid would hang inside the rear window and a pushbutton box would light up the appropriate lamps when I was tailgated with high beams on, etc, etc. Fortunately common sense and a survival instinct prevailed and I never went out electronically flipping the bird to possibly homicidal strangers. They're not all sane, you know.
