Actually there is a thread in the High Power forum.  A member here, Wrangler, makes his own 22 caliber rounds using lead rod, spent 22lr casing and a swaging machine.  they look great and supposedly shoot even better.

RCBS reloading equipment was actually started by a guy who made his own bullets out of fired .22 cases. RCBS stood for "Rock Chucker Bullet Swage".

Most just cast them using lead alloy and molds. If you gotta have jacketed rounds, then you need more complex stuff.

Get an bullet ice tray mold and freeze your own so the FBI can't get any ballistic fingerprints.
