I just refinished a set of handguards and grip for one of my AK's. I used the RIT dye and then sprayed some clear polyurethane over it. Sat out in the sun for an hour or two and inside the house for about 30 minutes now.
It doesn't seem tacky at all. I am thinking about tossing everything in the oven for 30 minutes or so. Good idea or no? |
