Wife went to the in laws for dinner tonight. I have been over there more than enough for the holidays so I decided to make dinner and watch some football.
Gun=G19 with Hornady TAP Knife=Zero Tolerance Scavenger 0400 Light=Surefire E1B (great EDC light) Meat=Alton Brown style filet mignon (AB uses rib eyes buy I went with the filet, it was delicious) Vegetables= vidalia onions, mushrooms, zucchini Rice=Benihana style garlic chicken fried rice (It is easy, cheap ans tasty, especially leftover)
