On your primary go-to rifle, what sighting system do you use (or use the MOST).

Feel free to post why to keep the poll bumped.

I predict Aimpoint will be the winner.

I use almost exclusively irons on all my firearms.

I went with Eotech mainly because I didnt have to buy a mount for it.

I'd like to buy an aimpoint or Acog, but I don't shoot enough to invest that much money in something I use only once a month, if that.

In the minority, but Eotech hands down.

I use a 2-7x Burris Tactical with a Fastfire mounted on a 45 on my primary gun. It does everything I need it to and the Fastfire doesn't eat batteries like some of the off brands I have tried. I put covers on both ends to keep the crud/sand off the lenses when I go back to work. I really like this combo. The scope has 1/2 MOA adjustments so there is a lot there if I need it, it also has the BDC reticle. I'll post how it works when I get healed enough to go back to work.

I was recently using a Millett zoom dot and could have really used something with more magnification. The zoom dot worked all right but I kept telling myself I could use some magnification. The battery life was about 1400 hours, problem was you can't turn it off. It is an always on deal. If I could change anything it would have NV and an off switch. Other than that it worked great.

I voted for the Eotech.  They are fun to use, I switched it over to my muzzleloader and bagged a whitetail the other day.  I just love how easy they are to get on target and I really like the reticle.  Hey, it's winning the poll so far to, who would have thought it.  I have the one which takes the N type batteries and it does drain them after awhile.  doesn't really bother me though, since they're pretty easy to find, and aren't too expensive.  I take them out if the Eotech isn't going to be used for awhile.

I have irons on some, Eotech's on 2, an Acog on one, and a scope on a couple. The ACOG is probably ideal for all around use.

Trijicon Tri-Power + BUIS.  I try to shoot both equally.  Before the TP it was a fakepoint, that I scrapped.
