| Sounds like he is rather immature. Perhaps look at his productivity...if its low, he is gone...if its high, maybe he is just blowing off some steam...had a new product exam at work a couple weeks ago and I didnt get half way through it before I started giving the wrong answers, but it was what the customer would have written... |
