I Re-Sized my Avatar in Photobucket a little over a year ago ?
There was an Avatar option in there when I did mine.
Can't you take your Pic and knock it down in Paint before you put the pic in Photobucket ?

This is the one I would like, it always says "File to big" when i try to upload it, even when its under the pixel limit.
