ok so im trying to uninstall microsoft office because the trial is up. i went to the control panel and then to the uninstall programs option and i cannot find it on the program list.
why wouldn't it be there? how can i uninstall it? i already installed open office but when i try and open a document it keeps trying to use microsoft office.. |

From the start button>>programs>> and see if office has it's own 'built in' uninstall feature. Did you set OO as the default program for Word docs, Excell etc?? try looking in control panel>>folder options>>file type tab and change the 'opens with' program i just found that and i did set it as the default program. |
