Are there any software programs available that can read out loud highlighted test on your computer. TIA zeekh

Built right into Windows if that is your OS.

ETA:

Nevermind, I just tried it out - it typical Microsoft Fashion, it sucks.

Its built into Mac OS, and it works - I have used it quite a bit.

Well that sucks. Windows XP Pro here . Any freeware programs for this?
