Don't get to many plays but got to go see "Lion King" last night. Unbelieveable! The costumes were the best part. Whoever was responsible for coming up with them (my sister told me who, but I forget now) deserves the award she got and more. Yes, I saw the animated film and enjoyed that too. The stage play version is spectacular. Thought Elton John did a good job with the music, as well. I'd recommend "Lion King" tickets as Christmas presents if you're still shopping. [:)]

We took my daughter to see it about 5 years ago. Yes, it is an incredible play, for adults and kids alike. The sets, the music, the costumes, everything was great.

I don't think "The Lion King" counts as culture.

It's really good, almost as good as the Animation, one of my all time favorites.
