What is the trick to this, when I cllick on it I have to way to change the IMG to small

Try clicking on the "direct link" instead of the "img" line.

- Click on the link on PB.
- Post this in your response.
- Change the captial IMG /IMG to a small case img /img.
- Click SUBMIT.

You change "IMG" and "/IMG" to "img" and "/img" in your actual post, and then it will work.

works out to be:

after changing the uppercase to lowercase.
