I am looking at purchasing an AR online. They need a FFL to send the gun to.

How does one go about finding one?

Do they normally charge for handling the transaction? If so, what is normal charges.

The gun online with shipping is $1290. I can buy it local for $1450.

You can go to places like Gunbroker and look for an FFL by zip code as well.
