Ok...here ya go. Let's talk about something besides Obama.
My wife really wants a Moissanite ring on ebay. She won a bid on one but I get bad feelings from the seller and they only offer a blurry picture and claim today when we asked for better ones that their camera broke. Question is this... If I feel I am getting scammed, how can I back out of a won bid and not get negative feedback? Thanks. |

yes, you CAN NOT receive negative feedback anymore from a seller. However you did enter a "legally binding contract" to purchase the item by winning it.
Sounds shady though.. What was the sellers feedback like? Seller can file a non paying bidder complaint and your can get your account suspended on ebay. I dont think they do this the first time. If their feeback is good you are probably fine. If they indeed have less than great feedback I would simply tell the seller if they "cant" produce a better picture, you "cant pay" |

Find another auction and don't deadbeat on this one. |

Why are ebay buyers suddenly unsure AFTER they bid. Jimminy Christmas on a shoestring!
1) Pay for it (using PayPal funded with a CC). 2) If it isn't as advertised resolve it with the seller. 3) If seller won't play, file claim with PayPal. 4) If PayPal won't play file claim with CC company. Finally, if you have *any* questions regarding the item description or whether the seller is a dirtbag––-FIGURE IT OUT BEFORE YOU BID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
