My Wife told me that her boss went onto her computer and there was a VOTE OBAMA screen saver placed on her computer. Her husband said it wasnt him. Is it possible to hack a persons computer settings from the outside. I wouldnt think it possible. I can see data but then again I dont no that much about software.

Yes you can hack it, with "PC anywhere" or remote desktop monitoring, if he has Admin rights on the system, he can do what he wants.

But it can be done

Anything is possible, but highly unlikely someone on the outside can gain access without running some scripts on her machine to gain remote access.
