I posted this in the urban commando forum, but I'm going on close to 24 hours of no sleep and was hoping to just get this fixed tonight and then crash for 8 hours of sleep.

Just got a new laptop.  Can't remember the ridiculously long wireless network key code to connect to my wireless network.  Searched thru some obvious control panel places and I'm striking out.

Pretty sure this is a 30 second fix for someone that actually knows.

Hard-reset your router.  This will reset *ALL* settings.

Hold the "reset" button on the back of the router for between 5 and 12 seconds, depending on the manufacturer.  Use the tip of a pen.

ETA: You will need to redo all settings.  If you're not technologically inclined, it'll be a hassle.

Reset to new key on the router.  Copy new key onto laptop.  I'm assuming you can remember the password to the router.

Bring up your wireless properties and go to the security section and the code will be right there
