So I started out yesterday intending to make some chili but it kind of morphed into some sort of spicy, southwestern...stuff. I really dont know what to call it.
It has: Ground Bison Onion Black beans Red Kidney beans Pinto beans Tomatos green chilies Corn Various spices (Red pepper, Cumin, Cayenne pepper) It is made the same way as chili and it is thick enough that a spoon will stand up in it. What say ye ARFCOM? What is this stuff I have made? |

Instead of corn, try adding yellow hominy. hominy is called retarded corn where I come from and it is about the nastyist thing on earth. Corn tortillas are made with hominy. The OP's recipe reminds me of taco soup, which has beans, beans and hominy in it, among other things. Get bent.
