So I started out yesterday intending to make some chili but it kind of morphed into some sort of spicy, southwestern...stuff. I really dont know what to call it.

It has:
Ground Bison
Onion
Black beans
Red Kidney beans
Pinto beans
Tomatos
green chilies
Corn
Various spices (Red pepper, Cumin, Cayenne pepper)

It is made the same way as chili and it is thick enough that a spoon will stand up in it. What say ye ARFCOM? What is this stuff I have made?

An option desperately lacking from your poll.

I would say you made green chile stew, or a version of it at least.
It needs potatoes, IMO, to truly qualify.

My Mom used to make that at the end of the week. I called it refrigerator stew. We had to use ground beef though.

Corn tortillas are made with hominy.  The OP's recipe reminds me of taco soup, which has beans, beans and hominy in it, among other things.

Get bent.
