| Drinking a bottle of Left Hand Milk Stout. This is about the nastiest beer I have ever tasted but since we don't have a priest in the family I am not going to pour the rest of it out and waste it. This is some nasy shit. |

good to know. now tell us about yourself and the beer you usually like to drink. "this beer sucks" don't do me any good. how can i use an absolute without a frame of reference. Guinness sucks unless you like it so does buttwiper. keep in mind milk or lactose based beers are an acquired taste. |

Quoted: Anything lefthand... ![]() Sawtooth is decent. The guys at beeradvocate seem to think Lefthand is pretty good. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/418 |

Quoted: This is awesome beer. If anyone is ever looking for the best beer/desert pairing a milk stout and chocolate brownie. The best milk stout period is Drinking a bottle of Left Hand Milk Stout. Mackeson Triple X stout. FWIW milk stouts usually don't have milk in them they have lactose sugar in them which makes them sweeter (lactose won't ferment) and gives it a distinct flavor. |

Shiner Bock is absolutely 100% teh suck ... period ... Once again - it sucks - period. That said, IMO most of the Left Hand stuff isn't really that great either, however, their Pilsner what-cha-ma-call-it thing isn't too bad ... but there are much better available for those who live on the Front Range. |

Quoted: I've never hand Left Hand's attempt at a Milk Stout but if it's anything like Lancaster Brewing Co's Milk Stout, I'd love to try it. You would drink a beer with "Milk" in the name? You get what you deserve!!! Evidently you have no clue what a Milk Stout is. It's called that because Lactose Sugar is used in the brewing process. IMHO, it's a quite tasty Stout. |

I tried Shiner Bock for the first time last night, after hearing over and over how great it was. It was . . . ok. Not bad, but nothing special either. |

The special qualities come out when it is consumed next to a campfire on a South Texas deer lease around the third week in November. |
