About this board? Closing threads for having a nipple. Banning of people because someone put a nude women in their thread. Or kicking people off because the mods allowed a pissiong contest to get out of hand.

Is AR15.com losing touch with the first amendment?

There is no "right to free speech" on someone else's private property, even in a non-socialist country.

This board is not "public". it is privatly owned. if i had my own board; i should be able to control its content. espeicially if advertiser's are involved or to attract/create a certain atmosphere.

Canada, O Canada, please cut this sort of rant out, it's going nowhere. If the site is not to your liking, then I would suggest that you find another spot to enrich with wisdom.

the rules of ediquate are clearly posted, and gthere is no reason to be conserned about when these rules are violated, there are and should be consequences.

if you are going into a strangers home, should they not have the right to kick you out for stripping down to yore birthday suit?? or for that matter "request" that you leave yore weapons in the car?

same principle.

No.  The first amendment, BTW, protects the freedom of the press to comment on or criticize government.  It's not some "anybody can say anything, whenever, or wherever, they want to" rule.

So, Canada, have you learned anything in response to your question?

I'm not even gonna get into your "second amendment" sub-question.  That deserves it's own thread, and there are many far better qualified to actually answer it.  Besides, I hate discussions about theory or abstractions.

Serious question for you- does Canada have anything to resembles our first amendment (i.e., constitutional protection of speech)?

You should start a poll about the best way to convert an AR to full auto. Or about whether England was beating Germany before the US got involved in WWII.

Wow, so far today we've had `FIRE and `crow. What next?  `Uzi?  `Obvious?
