Ground turkey was on sale. Anyone have any recipes I can try?                 I usually do pasta or a chili type thing...

Ground turkey fajitas (or even just split turkey breast) are pretty damn good actually. Especially with some cajun seasoning.

Another thing is turkey burgers...

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Mix all the meat and seasoning together, grill until medium (no pink in the center).

I love hamburgers, but these are different and pretty good.

Honestly anything that is spicy will work great with the ground turkey.

Ditto.

Generally, anything with a flavorful sauce will work best.  Marinara sauce and chili are two good examples.

Turkey burgers are good if prepared right, but it's WAY too easy to dry them out.

Agreed. Put it in stuff where it can take the flavor of the spices/sauce used because it is pretty boring if it is the dominant flavor. I recently put some in chili and loved it.

and if you want the sauce to still taste "beefy" then add some beef/veal stock/demi glace.

And if you want your airsoft rifle to still look "real" then add a VFG from LaRue Tactical.
