My Security Center Alerts says that my avast virus protection is turned off and I can't get it turned on. Now my Outlook Express won't get my mail and I get this error code, Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop-server.roadrunner.com', Server: 'pop-server.roadrunner.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F Mail worked fine up until a couple of hours ago and now my brain hurts so bad. I went to "Add or Remove Programs" and this is what I see, A circle with a dot in it on "Custom" -Choose a default e-mail program A circle with a dot in it on "use my current e-mail program" A circle with "NO" dot in it on "outlook express" A square with a check mark the says "enable access to this program" Should outlook express be checked here? I am using Mozilla Firefox if it matters. |
