Anyone have any first hand info on these bolt action .22lr rifles? My dad picked up one for my boys and I'm curious to hear about them. Ordered up a replacement mag for it and it should be in for my rage trip this weekend. |
| I've got a couple of them, they're absolutely great. I have a stock one, one with the barrel cut down to 16" and one that I converted to left hand for my lefty son, there's a couple of pictures of them here Mossberg goodness |

WOW! that was my first rifle! It's ok, I had some mag issues, the factory mag in mine (adjustable for S, L, and LR) broke after a while. My parents bught me some 17 rd IIRC aftermarket mag from SG and it never fed right. I should look into buying some factory mags for it again as it's just sitting in the safe collecting dust. I got it for my 12th birthday and put thousands of rounds down it before the little tab to adjust the cartridge size on the mag broke. FWIW, Speed |
