Offer a reward for every conviction, minimum 25 year sentence with the ability to buy years off the sentence at 100 million dollars a year paid out of the assets they piled up while they defrauded the rest of us and the seizure of all remaining assets. Immunity will be offered on 3 condition only-- detailed disclosure of how the fraud was committed, forfeiture of all assets, and the names (and successful prosecution) of no less than 5 other persons involved in this fraud. Oh, and we want the names of every politician they "donated" to along the way. |
