Child? Choice? I'm making this a simple poll...which makes it more difficult to answer. Where do you stand? |
Actually it's pretty doggone fair. People need to realize a life is snuffed out when an abortion is performed. There has already been far too much whitewashing and sterilization of terminology when it comes to abortion. It comes right down to: Do you believe in killing a child or not? To say anything else is a lie. And pinning it all on the women is morally repugnant. "It's the woman's choice" washes the man of guilt for his role in creating this child.

Denying the man any say in the matter is equally repugnant. If we really want to be "fair", the male participant in an unwanted pregancy should have the option for paying 50% of the cost of an abortion upfront. After which, he would have no further legal obligation in the matter. Of course that is silly, but no more silly than denying the existence of a child. |

Choice. Is it really better for all these crack heads to be forced into having screwed up children? Then, they are dependent on our welfare system for life. That's the fast track to really killing the US. I'm pro choice all day long. As a matter of a fact, I wish more people would choose that instead of letting my tax dollar pay to raise their mistake. Not to mention the cost of prison these days. May not be the decision that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but it is what NEEDS to be done. |
