I believe it, it's like they said in the story, it's like playing the lottery. Tons of people have probably tried to research that through the years and come up empty. You always see posts in M1 forums about guys wanting to know where they can go to get serial number research. Think of them as the guys buying non-winning lottery tickets, these guys won the Powerball.
